Terms of Service - Gravity Shift: Merge Puzzle

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gravity Shift: Merge Puzzle ("the App"), developed by nik.dev. By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The App, including its code, design, artwork, and content, is owned by nik.dev and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The App includes an in-game currency ("Shards") and cosmetic items (tile themes, board skins) and power-ups. Shards are earned only through gameplay or by watching optional rewarded ads - the App has no real-money purchases of any kind.

• Shards and in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or sold for real money or anything of real-world value.
• They exist only within the App and are tied to your local device installation - see our Privacy Policy for how that data is stored.
• We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue Shards, cosmetics, or power-ups at any time as the App is updated.

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms:

Your use of these services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. Leaderboard sign-in is optional - every game mode is fully playable without it.

You agree not to:

• Use any cheat, exploit, automation tool, or unauthorized third-party software to modify the App's behavior or falsify scores;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its ads, or its leaderboard integrity for other players;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or assets except as permitted by law;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss to any locally stored data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nik.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it (including ads or leaderboards), at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
